Contributing Analyst

Bradley Wascher is a contributing analyst with Inside Elections, which provides nonpartisan analysis of campaigns for Senate, House, governor, and president.

As head of all data projects — including the flagship Baseline and Vote Above Replacement scores — Bradley manages a comprehensive database containing millions of election results at the state, district, county, and precinct levels. He also contributes original reporting with graphics, maps, and charts.

Bradley has written as a contributing author for the Almanac of American Politics. He previously worked as a pollster during the 2024 cycle and as a redistricting consultant in 2021. He began analyzing elections on his college blog, First Past the Poll.

Bradley graduated from Western Kentucky University and received his master's degree from Georgetown. In addition to his role at Inside Elections, he privately coaches competitive high school extemporaneous speakers from across the country. In turn, he believes the best analysis strikes a balance between academic and accessible.
